Dyspo is the Sonic Warrior, implying either great speed or sound based attacks, possibly both. Kahseral is the Slashing Warrior and as seen, he's a ki blade specialist. Seeing Cabba was selected back for U6/7 tournament and he didn't have Super Saiyan, the base Saiyans of Universe 6 are probably at the top as well, so the strong ones probably haven't fought anyone strong enough to make them transform, and they also fight in teams (Cabba said he has fought alongside with Frost), so that makes the situation for them to transform even harder to appear.
TL;DR, Cabba, Caulifla, and Kale are fully-trained grown ups & prodigies who are already more than strong enough to transform, not little inexperienced kids. No, Raditz won't be able to transform by making his back tingle, because he is a weakling.

This likely applies to them all and while may specialize in unique ki attacks, there are bound to be at least one or two with paranormal or magical abilities. The little one with horns seems like a likely candidate for such weird abilities.

I don't recall many people saying they liked Goten and Trunks instantly getting SSJ either though. In fact I seem to remember even in universe Vegeta points out how bullshit it is when he's disgusted it's become a child's plaything.
At the same time, I see people call the girls out because Caulifla is magically leaping through these levels at such an unbelievably fast pace and Kale seems like she's completely inexperienced as a fighter and very untrained until she gets her super boost to Berserker mode.
Not sure if anyone cares(at least anymore) that Cabba, the singular hand selected U6 Saiyan by Vados from a planet of powerful super heroes for the initial tournament, was able to learn the basic SSJ form through the traditional anger trigger and by being taught by Vegeta first hand how to unlock it. Obtaining SSJ at this stage is so common, I really wouldn't be surprised if Raditz and Nappa actually COULD obtain it if they were brought back.
...and if not they can always just gather in a fricking friendship circle to unlock SSJ God anyway.
