I wonder what the full list of figures in Hero Colosseum entails?
So far, only 101 slots are in the Figure Collection and from what I've seen, not all of the Xenoverse 2 roster are figures. Bummer.

I also noticed when a figure is able to Limit Break, they turn into a different figure.

It is just me or since the new update the game looks a little different? (graphics and textures).

Hero Colosseum uses a different shading style for the figures and the vs screen at the start of a figure battle, but that's it.

With all of the controversy surrounding microtransactions why would they introduce them now into a game that's been out for over a year?

GTA V has made half a billion on them alone so why wouldn't they and everyone else ? people are making such a big deal about it yet it's their support that's enabling companies like rockstar to go YEARS without releasing a game yet make more than those who release multiple ones per year on microtransactions alone.

All I want now are the consequences to the choices we made to Bardock and Trunks, and to learn about who's the misterious one changing history.

We're most likely going to have to wait for XV3 to get those answers.

I for one never purchase microtransactions nor would I have ever purchased this game had I known they were going to be implemented.

They're entirely optional, TP medals are easy to get in game and they continue to hand them out for free and do double TP events. These are probably some of the easiest micro-transactions to ignore in the industry.
The money from these micro-transactions will likely just go towards more free content and XV3.

Fucking same; my friend beat that Elder Kai mission for mr but this third Zamasu mission is really bullshit. At least with the Elder Kai mission you could pull off the combo as many times as you want without him SPAMMING THAT MOVE CONSTANTLY AND EVADING EVERYTHING

I feel your pain. Somehow I managed to beat Zamasu's mentor missions, but Elder Kai's last mission is a NIGHTMARE in comparison.

I can't hate on the xv team. They did it late in the day. So it's functionally on applying to the mino game and I respect the hustle.

That being said any player doing micro transactions should be treated like a scab crossing a picket, lined up against the wall and shot.

Really though? I'm (mostly) against microtransactions as much as the next guy but damn lol

The microtransactions seem mostly harmless. You get enough medals that I couldn't see more than a one time purchase. That would get most items and equipment. As for hero arena, I've just settled with characters that I've liked and I don't plan on getting much more than that.
