Nope.

in the movie he was hypothesized to be the Legendary Super Saiyan by the doctors who were with King Vegeta.

Oh, I forgot about that scene. But still a no in the sense that he's supposed to be "legendary," this is what they said in context (Movie spoilers):

Become, not is. This is obviously a callback to old Broly, but he's not the legendary Super Saiyan by category in the film. At least not in the way Kale or M8 Broly were ever referred to.

Broly is also called a mutant in the film, but still nowhere in the film that designates him as an incarnation of the LSSJ. No more than Goku at least.

None of her forms are called "Full Power".
Also, Cabba in the manga theorizes she might the Legendary Demonic Saiyan... which in turn implies it's different from the u7\Classic Broly's LSS

Seemed like a berserker to me. But regardless I think its safe to say their forms are the same. Just a little different. Especially since Broly doesn't need to worry about blowing up like Kale does in the manga. But you do have a point about Kale being theorized that she might be a Legendary Demonic Saiyan.
