The main idea is because Vegito was born during the Buu Saga, at a time Vegeta was more or less still a dick. He's also unstable since both of his components were blood knights, and he's utterly miserable since there's no where left for him to go now that he's the strongest in his universe.

It's up to you to feel if those are enough reasons, tho.

Interesting that this is set directly post-Z. The Z-fighters have a super solid roster; you have Goku/Vegeta stronger than they were in the Buu Saga, a stronger Gotenks, Gohan, Uub, and Buu helping out.

When the prequel special ended with "Broly had good luck" I figured that meant he returned back to Earth between mere hours to a couple weeks when everyone was still licking their wounds. But 786? Around 12 years has past since he was on Earth, and 7 years before that. So first off how is he even still sustaining himself? How on that energy comet he's been on he hasn't starved to death, or the energy of the comet haven't disintegrated him, and even if his excess power could prevent both, are we expected to believe he back packed on a comet for 12 years, just sitting back until he returned to Earth? The "demon" Broly?

And then, there's more than enough people combined that should be able to stop Broly. Vegeta, Goku, and Gohan are at their strongest, Buu should be able to absorb him or keep him busy for perpetually forever until Vegito or Gotenks appears, and Uub is there as well. There should be no reason that Broly should be able to come to Earth and just wipe everything out.

...But then again, this is DBM, the home of the Future Majin Attack so...

I agree but he's done it before with Cell and Freeza killing the dragon team.

I don't know what comet people are on about, the first time Broly floated through space and froze and survived in like suspended animation.
Just now he wasn't on a comet he was on the head of Veggetos attack and was sent back without the attack pushing him.

Vegetto threatened Pan because Gohan wouldn't fight him and he sucked as Bra's Dad. Who knows what else Salagir will put on him.

He thought of doing that, then promptly nipped it in the bud—as adults do.

See the huge problem with this example, Obi-Wan saw Anakin do all this and he still thought there was good in him until "You are lost."

Obi-Wan also raised Anakin as best he could where it seems to be the opposite with Vegetto. Obi-Wan is also crying when he thinks Anakin is dying. Vegetto can kill his own child with no remorse.

I feel bad for Vegito. Like he's getting bitched at from every angle and turn, Vegito has believed in Bra. Even after all the bullshit, the bloodshed and tears she caused, he fucking believed in her. And how does he get repaid? Nearly everyone from his universe and in the stands dies.

You know the sad thing about this? Vegito is alone in this. He's literally the only one who can stop Bra if she goes crazy again and he's treated like trash for taking the pragmatic choice and trying to kill Bra after she nearly kills them all. The other fighters aren't on Vegito's level, Bra is literally the second strongest in their universe. If Vegito dies, who the hell is gonna reel Bra in if she goes off the handle? Gohan? He got sliced earlier. Gotenks? Maybe if they train more but it's still a gamble and very dangerous given he only lasts 30 minutes and sometimes even less depending on his form. If Bra outlasts them they're fucked. Piccolo will get murdered like he did earlier. Who the hell is gonna stop her in case this happens again? Who?

Cuz Broly popular and that automatically justifies his presence. It's hard to find a fan comic that doesn't mention Broly given how popular his non-canon and canon versions are, though he's known for his 'KAKAROT KAKAROT KAKAROT KAKAROT!' thing.

Why blame Toyotaro for this? Toriyama made the decision to have modern DB take place before EoZ so I don't think Toyotaro has a choice.
