It was never stated or implied Grey Buu used magic breath or something like that, he only showed his superiority and repelled the beam with a stronger current of wind. Everything else is personal interpretation.
What does Tenshinhan have to do with any of it? he's too weak to even matter. Gotenks' childlike nature could probably do the same to Good Buu's candy beam because he was much stronger. More serious, but stronger, characters like Gohan or SS3 Goku would use an energy beam to deflect it.

The point is it can be repelled, you don't need magic, it's not a one-shotter. It's not hakai.

You are being obtuse, not only is it non canon it's specifically non canon to the fanmanga being discussed.

The authors specifically hate it in too of that.

The only time we see an attack be blown away is by another magical buu in dBm and dB canon

He's always been invincible, but if an attack is very tough and very beyond his power, it will basically shock him into being immobile. I'm not exactly sure how the latter works. We see Vegetto "defeat" Broly using his final dragon flash, but who knows how long it would have taken Broly to regain his composure before he was sent back to his universe.

For some reason a star can just bypass his invincibility lol.

The last chapter of the main story had some of the worst writing that the series has seen thus far so...maybe its not so bad that we get a couple special chapters away from Salagir's waifu looking good.

Who knows, could be so bad its good. Or one of those fun B movies that, while bad, are still enjoyable enough to overlook the flaws.
