I think Uub is stronger than Goku's base form and weaker than Goku's Super Saiyan, so maybe:

Maximum Kaioken = Kaioken X 300
Kaioken Transcended = Kaioken X 350 or something

I had assumed Uub was just using regular kaioken when he was fighting majin buu (before he used maximum kaioken), and that at this level of strength kaioken is a lot more chaotic and unstable. So something like:

Uub (full power, no kaioken) = ssj2 level
Kaioken = x2 = fat buu level
Maximum kaioken = x4 = ssj3 level

I guess there's loads of room for interpretation with no kaioken numbers, but I thought majin buu reincarnated would be at least ssj2 tier after 10 years of training.

So either Goku will go absolutely all out with SSJ3 now or at last, we'll get a glimpse of Salagir's SSJ4. Either way, it looks like Goku has this.

Perhaps when Zen Boo & XXI battle, it'll end up being like how Goku & Freeza fought in a mental dimension and Boo will be shocked to learn that his powers & abilities aren't nearly as hax within XXI's realm? Boo might even try to absorb XXI only for that plan to backfire badly with XXI releasing all of Boo's absorptions, rendering Zen Boo back into Pure Boo.

Bra seemingly has the power edge over Gast but we have all seen that he has a magical "drain an opponent's power down to almost nothing" technique so Bra will either have to figure a way around that or Gast will honor a respectable duel in hand-to-hand combat.

Vegeta vs Cell will probably be the closest of these competitors, both fighters simply giving it their all to see who will fall first.

Maybe this Kaioken will be too much for Uub's body. Having theoretical knowledge of a technique (thanks to Zen Buu) is one thing, but if your body can't handle it...

I really hope it doesn't come down to Goku vs Vegeta again. Goku vs Cell, Uub vs Cell, and Vegeta vs Uub all sound more interesting.

I agree with that as well, but keep in mind that unlike Toriyama (that love to subvert fans expectations), Salagir tends to go the obvious route. So I really doubt we won't get Goku vs. Vegeta.

But the thing people don't want this fight to happen is that nowadays we're sick of years with constant wanking of Goku and Vegeta in recent DB media. If that fight was to happen somewhere in 2014, people would actually be hyped by it.

Hopefully Uub's body can handle that. 'Maximum Kaioken' already wrecked it to some degree, so I'd say 'Transcended Kaioken' is even more dangerous. Vegeta's looking nervous; looks like unpleasant memories are coming back!

We know Vegeta and possibly Goku are gonna bullshit a new form and are already less far behind Gohan than they should be.
I just hope they both lose but then use it or use it as Gogeta against the real enemy which takes place right after the end of the tournament.
