Who's your favorite enemy from the Red Ribbon saga?

Honestly, while not my favorite of the Red Ribbon saga, I honestly loved the brief fight they had with the Pirate Robot. While the robot lacks a personality, it makes up for it in being truly intimidating in design. That and the screech it lets out in the original Japanese audio of the anime sent chills up my spine.

Tao but Blue's a very close 2nd. Part of Tao's mystique is that he killed Blue so effortlessly. I hope Dragon Ball Super uses this sort of storytelling device again in the future. Is Cell the last time we saw a new villain hijack the place of the current villain?

Unless you count fused Zamasu becoming the final boss in place of Goku Black, I suppose so.

(We might be just on the cusp of seeing it again though.)

I don't count fused Zamasu because he's the same person with the same plan.

Tao Pai Pai. He was the first villain to completely outclass Goku and his over-the-top assassin skills were entertaining as hell.

General Blue is second place. He was the only RRA member that posed a serious threat to Goku.

Tao Pai Pai was actually amazing, as well as a sigh of relief from General Blue's antics. So him.

Tao Pai Pai, no doubt. He marked a turning point for Dragon Ball, being a villain who was actually a genuine threat to Goku. He also murdered Upa's father, marking the first time the Dragon Ball's were gathered to bring someone back to life. The way he rode in on that pillar was always so cool and frightening, as well. I think Violet could have been interesting if she had gotten more development, but as it stands, it's Tao Pai Pai.
