It looks more like a party for the parents than for the kid, who probably has no idea what a Dragon Ball is.

We can only hope... This is, in a way, the first time Toriyama will write Pan (I don't know if he had any input on Pan's epilogue for Dragon Ball Online), so let's see what he can do with this character that differs from Toei's Pan.
