That would really suck for me. I don't like those characters very much, to be honest. I'm hoping more for something dramatic, with comedic undertones of course. It wouldn't be Dragon Ball if it wasn't funny. But I want more than poop and tit jokes.

Holy fuck. I think I just shit my pants. A new episode? I can only IMAGINE what this could be. What I wonder is if it's before DBZ, after DBZ, or maybe a special from 7 years from when Goku was dead involving Gohan or something of that sort? That would be even more awesome. =]

I'm hoping we're past the point where they'd feel compelled to use that hideous plastic art style that was in GT and Path to Power. I'd love even more if Pic showed up. But honestly I'll just be happy if it's new traditionally animated DBZ ^_________^ As that is truly my love.

I really hope there's gonna be a good story with reasonable choices for the cast. I don't want every character thrown in to make fans happy. If that happens, It'll be Shin Budokai 2 all over again.

I love Piccolo. But seeing him run about as a baby killing innocent fishermen would get on my nerves after awhile.

Though, perhaps it seems like I meant the early years of Daimao? In that case, I love to see a 'rise of daimao' feature. But not before getting a half-naked Goku saving the day feature again.

Of course, this reminds me of the way I've been wanting them to do Dragon Ball for awhile now. I'm not sure if anyone here is learned in Lupin III, but every year they put out a new TV special. Usually, the TV specials rotate between which character is the main focus. While this would be trickier to pull off with Dragon Ball, as there are so many characters, I'd love to see them do it.

I would like a special about Daimao if we would also get another special all about Goku and co. At this point, I personally would just like something fun with Goku and his family/friends saving the world (half naked or completely naked. Whatevs

I personally see no problem with a special about the main character of the series doing his normal main character thing.

However, if we get something a bit more humorous involving the Son family and friends I would totally dig it.

How about a half-naked Piccolo. If the special entails that, I'll be all over it no matter what else happens in it

I personally think a lot more went on with little Pic than just killing fishermen (written/read a lot about the possibilities of what was going on with him), but that's just our fan conjecture. Ah well. But oh my god, Rise of Daimaou, I would....I don't know what I'd do if I got to see that.

I just want whatever this is as soon as possible and I'll hope my boy at least shows up somewhere.

I'd love if this special were Toriyama's take on the end of the Uub/Goku training. Not exactly the training itself, but some new enemy appearing and then Goku and Uub returning to save everyone. It'd close the DBZ ending without making it utterly meaningless or sidelining Goku himself.

Yeah, that'd be cool. I'd like to see Uub do some actual fighting. He was supposed to be Goku's replacement, yet he didn't do much in GT.

If it were to focus on Uub as the main protagonist/fighter in the episode and there is some sort of actual new villain in the mix, there's a few things I'd like to see and a few things I'd not like to see.

For example, rather than seeing an enemy that trumps all others, I'd like to see someone powerful enough to give Uub a challenge. Also, rather than seeing Goku step in and blow him away in two seconds, I'd rather him pull a "Muten Roshi vs. Tenshinhan" move where he could beat the villain, but he decides that the upcoming generation is going to be great enough to take care of their own problems which would allow Goku to retire and simply be a teacher.

It would be somewhat like what Goku was trying to do in the first place ever since the Cell Game, but this time it would actually work! It would also allow some spotlight time for Pan, Goten, and Trunks to play the lead.

Maybe just for the sake of humor I'd like to see some sort of a playful rivalry and "light sparring" (light for Saiyans, anyway) out of Goku and Vegeta just to show that they still have that competitive spirit even in peaceful times.

OK, so it seems that the Jump anime tour with the new DB episode and all the other stuff will be at the Tokyo Metropolitan Hibiya Public Hall on September 27th. That's about 10 days after I'm scheduled to arrive in Tokyo for my year studying abroad. So hopefully I'll manage to see this thing. I still can't find any details on how to get tickets though; looking through the Hibiya Public Hall website, it looks like I'd have to get them through Shounen Jump, but I can't find any details about that on Shounen Jump's website. I guess I'll just have to wait for more details to be revealed.
