And we still have to see gotenks, the new enemies and more!

I don't think many people are interested in the premise generally, it's the fact that some other character besides Goku and Vegeta seems to be playing the main character role this time that's exciting folks.

I mean, I'm all for seeing Goten and Trunks (and Marron too) grow up, don't get me wrong. Big fan of the idea. (I want to see EoZ-age Bulla too, but I can wait, she's still supposed to be baby-aged here.) It's just that we've spent so long with the kid designs over the course of Super that at this point it feels impossible. Honestly, this is one of the things I'm looking forward to learn about the most with DBSSH, and it might make or break the movie for me.

I dont know what exciting thing you saw in that trailer, the thing I saw was terrible CGI coupled with come back of red ribbon army(AGAIN), Now the story could be awesome but if it turned out to be forgettable mediocrity and it still earn money then it is we who allowed and accepted mediocrity. DB deserve much more better than this inmo.

The movie is obviously saved because it's taking place in the rain!!

Things that seem good about this movie:

1. Gohan, Pan, and Piccolo seem to have significant roles to play in this movie.

2. There's finally a time skip, even if it's STILL before End of Z.

3. The fighting scenes actually really good, from what I've seen. I think they put all their budget into those scenes.

4. New color schemes designed to be more faithful to the manga, and they look good.


Things don't seem good about this movie:

1. The name.

2. The look of scenes that aren't action packed. The ones with characters standing around talking look unfinished.


Overall, I'm looking forward to the movie. I'm not super hyped, but I'm sure I'll enjoy it.

The CGI is not bad, i think the problem is that (from the trailer) it lacks shadow and their clothes are too stiff.
I hope they manage to get the feeling right. I'm tired of Toei mistreating DB

You would think that if we would see adult Gotenks it would at least have been hinted at. That being said, adult Gotenks would steal a lot of Gohan's spotlight.

Haven't seen that video yet, but I would love to see grown up Gotenks in the movie, I think he's only ever existed in DB Heroes? However it would be cool if he fought some powerful side character.

Although, this is the first i've heard of any Gotenks rumour for the film (hope he appears )

Eeehh I'm iffy on that. Piccolo's arms were better with the pink circles. I've been used to this for all my life and now the sudden change seems forced.

You've made your lack of excitement for the film clear several times over at this point. Koitsukai is excited for what was seen in the trailer, going "there's nothing to be excited about with this film" in response to other people expressing their genuine excitement at this point starts to feel like you're trying to crap all over these people's anticipation since, again, you're just repeating sentiments you've already stated.

We get it, you aren't looking forward to the film, that doesn't mean other people have to share your pessimism.

I didnt say I am 0% excited for this film nor I am saying anybody to not get excited, as I said multiple times in this thread i am only looking forward to this film beacuse Toriyama 100% writing it that's it. Inmo the CGi was terrbile and Red ribbon army got destroyed multiple times for god's sake , I guess according to you just consume product and be excited for next product.
