The series might be redeemed if Bra actually is humble this time around and fights with all she has, win or lose, with the intent to not just give Gast a wish from their DBs, but fulfill her promise to the Heliotes too. I don't want to see Bra lose control due to whatever reason or see her be so incredibly smug ever again. It would do a terrible disservice to the attempt at her character development that the series has tried and put it thoroughly in the realm of early 00's DBZ-fanfic ideas from your middle school friends.

Tbh I can't really fault Bra's reasoning here. She hasn't come up with a method to defeat XXI, unless she just tries what 18 was going to as a hail mary before she was deactivated. Doubt it would work though.
