I've always loved this little getup, with the fuzzy Russian hat. Adorable.

Goku also wore the Ginyu armor, when he was in Ginyu's body. And there's the scene in the anime where he's wearing Saiyajin armor like Raditz's, when Kaio has that "Flash back" about the Saiyajins.

I think they're trying to stick to the outfits in the manga canon universe. Plus, it would look a little off with some video screenshots and a lot of manga scans in the list, I personally prefer all manga scans, it looks very professional.

Ah man, I forgot one: during the brief "training for the androids" section in the manga, there's a part where Goku is trying to convince Chi Chi to let him train Gohan. During it, he's wearing what is essentially a grown-up version of the black pants and white shirt that he wore while training for the 21st Tenkaichi Budoukai.

As for all the anime ones, maybe there could be a list of anime-only outfits? And then there's all those crazy things he wears in title pages and covers, like the racing outfit or the jet fighter getup...

Well, I think that the outfits he wears on the cover of Vol. 26 (Viz DBZ 10) of the manga is also his alternate costume in Budokai 1. Not 100% sure though.

Darn, also in the manga is the scuba outfit Goku briefly wears while trying to find the dragonball that eventually turned out to be in the pirate cave.

Actually it would be more like:

Kid costume
Shirtless (as seen in "in the name of piccolo Daimao")
Original costume from 23 tournament (with the old cape and turban that look different from DBZ)
No cape (with turban)
costume with cape and turban
costume without cape and turban (old shirt)
costume without cape and turban (android saga onward)
Driving class costume

You can also count the costume without turban, but he was like that just in GT

All of them with blue or red belt
