So I guess I'm the only one who didn't absolutely love DBZ Abridged? I mean...it's OK, as far as these things are concerned, but it's hardly the hilarious laugh-a-minute riot that everyone on the podcast is playing it up to be. And it most certainly, in my opinion, did not deserve the 30+ minute gushfest it got here.

I'm with you there. The only one I ever enjoyed was the original, Yu-Gi-Oh Abridged. And that's because it was made to parody 4Kid's ridiculous dub.

Did you really have to say it like that?

I mean, honestly, you're allowed to criticize it, but you don't really have to go out of your way to say that other people shouldn't have enjoyed it as much as they did.

Your opinion is YOUR opinion and I'm welcome to constructive criticism. You're basically going out of your way to question why people are enjoying our product. It's just feels rude, is all.

I don't see how anything I said is me "going out of my way" to criticize it.

And I didn't say that I didn't enjoy it. I actually did. But I didn't think it was as absolutely awesome as everyone is saying it is.

It definitely wasn't my sense of humor, but it seems well-done and it's pretty popular among the people here, so I think it was a legitimate podcast topic. Differences in taste are interesting. I usually find the jokes Mike and the others make on the podcast to be funny, so I'd think my sense of humor would be close to theirs, but they really enjoyed DBZ Abridged while it wasn't my cup of tea. I guess humor is just a complex thing.

Terry Klassen's remarks left a real sour taste in my mouth, even before you guys started commenting on it. And you raise a good point about him trying to be "cool" and act like DBZ was no big deal. . . But uh, didn't he work on DBZ for the entire series? I mean, it isn't as long as Sonny, but still a pretty long time. I dunno, it really aggravated me.

And the Shenlong "What?" was hysterical. Incidentally, since chancing one of you DBZ Abridged guys see this, are you planning on doing anymore Abridged movies? I loved those two.

Hello! Great Podcast, as is the usual, and I was incredibly pleased with the topic this week as well. I found DBZ Abridged a couple weeks ago and loved it. Thankyou for reading my email too! (If you were wondering its U.S.A.).

Not to stir up old sour tasting juices but has anybody tried to make contact with Devall or Klassen to explain the joke was not meant in any malice?
