Yeah, I think he was judging from past expirences both times and esstimating how stron he'd be after using the Kaio-ken. (it's not like vegita would forget that beating so quickly....)

Freeza in his second form was stronger than all Z fighters.
Piccolo fused with Nail was about equal with Freeza Form Two
Freeza Form Three was stronger than all Z fighters
Vegeta after near death recovery was stronger than Piccolo.
Freeza Form Four was stronger than all Z fighters
Goku SSJ was stronger than Freeza form four
Freeza 100% was near SSJ Goku in Power

See simple with no numbers just logic, but I am sure people will hate the way I look at it.

As for Castleofanime45; he's a joke. Nothing he says is true. Back in November, he claimed that the French Daizenshuu was a fraud made by some man named Morne Vits De Lae Oen. Then in the new year, he came up with the initial daizenshuu and make a whole video on it explaining his bull shit power levels; then after getting trashed by MFG and Daizex users, he makes a video saying that power levels are stupid, which can be seen here:
