Let's wait and see what happens after next month's Super manga chapter. If the story continues afterwards, which we don't know if it will or not, then yeah, that's what it looks like right now. If the Super manga does continue, though, there's also no guarantee that a Black Frieza arc would start right away. Maybe they'd want to do something with some other ideas Toriyama had before he passed away first, and that's where you'd get a little more time with Goku's UI journey, Vegeta's UE stuff, Broly's mastery of SS, Gohan Beast and Orange Piccolo. We just don't know anything right now beyond there being an upcoming Super manga one-shot chapter about Goten and Trunks that's set before the DBSSH prequel arc.

I would defiantly like to see more of their journeys mastering their new forms. I’m just so excited to see these forms in action again. Wish we got some kind of hints of what Toriyama was cooking for them.

Yep, with an anime that ended around 5 years ago it sure is alive and well.
Oh but the movie? Yeah, that was around 3 years ago.
The manga sputters on a bit I guess since it's a low cost.

Toei doesn't put any serious money in it. No new "season" of the anime, no new movie, no merch for characters post-SuperHero. Might as well be for the better considering the writing for Super was Subpar.
Then again, Daima doesn't seem to be that hot either so I guess we'll see what happens.

Also, a manga going on hiatus and a manga ending are two completely different things. They're almost like extreme opposites. There's no confirmation that Super is ending, it's simply on hiatus.

I really doubt Toriyama was moving things towards killing off Freeza. There probably would be a story where he had focus, but he might not even be the main villain, like how although he was an antagonist in Broly he wasn't the big main opponent so didn't get killed off. Although without Toriyama who knows what will happen now.
