Was Racism forced upon people in Frieza's organization?

Being part of an organization, you often give up some of your identity and have to align your views and beliefs with that company while in public. Given Frieza's hatred and strong disdain for Saiyans, as well as, peoples natural fear of being killed by him for the most trivial of reasons, I was wondering how many people faked having animosity towards the Saiyans in order to not get on Frieza's badsidde/

Example, Zarbon and Dodoria are clearly racist towards Saiyans but were they always like this or was it an outward facade in frieza's presence to not get killed by him? Did their racism towards Saiyans start off as a facade to not get killed by Frieza but eventually become part of their personality?

To put this into a more realistic world view setting, people will often pretend to like things that their boss likes and suck up to them to remain in their good graces and not get fired. Fired in the case of Frieza's organization means getting randomly killed by him if you annoy him, he is just bored or actual piss him off.

First of all, you are talking about filler. Is not illegal to talk about filler, but we should have present that is not canon and Toei's writters are not Toriyama so ideas may be different. For example Toei's Vegeta is afraid of worms and Toei's Goku is afraid of vaccines, but Toriyama's Goku and Vegeta were different.

About racism against saiyajins, Zarbon showed racism, but is a matter of opinion to say if he was really a racist guy or only a toady with Freezer. It was a shonen and character's personalities aren't really deep.

Personally I imagine all of Freezer henchmen being bullies: they bully whoever who is weaker than them. Zarbon was stronger than Vegeta, Nappa and Raditz so he bullied them. Bullies usually seek for excuses and make fun of something and racism is often a good excuse for them.

Is that anime filler or another dubsim? as far as the manga goes , none was Racist to Saiyans , even Freeza himself didn't personally hate them until Goku and trunks give him PTSD

It was always your typical "I'm strong and you are weak , Therefore you are worse than Scum!!!"

Vegeta is an exception because he was an S level Asshole that everyone personally hated in freeza force

I think is anime filler because I also watched this scene in latin-american Spanish dub before posting here (I also wondered about dubsim), and Zarbon said the same.
