In some guidebooks, and a lot of fan wikis and comments, Trunks used the shutdown remote on the androids.
I'm not arguing if he did or didn't what I'm wondering is for anything that says he did, does any official source say he got blueprints or the remote in the past? Is there any chance he got it in the future lab when he went home?
He might have found Cell that way, so maybe that's proof he didn't get it in the future. Or possibly Cell was in his Cicada form or underground by now?
Is the any source of Trunks getting the shut down remote from the past.
