As per Google translate:
Son Goku Comes Home: "Dragon Ball" will be available to watch on 3Cat and SX3 platforms

"Bola de Drac Súper", which will be broadcast for the first time in Catalan, joins "Bola de Drac" and "Bola de Drac Z", the first seasons of the legendary Japanese series

Son Goku, Bulma, Vegeta and Krillin will once again speak in Catalan on the 3Cat platform and SX3 . "Dragon Ball" returns home after 3Cat closed a pre-agreement to bring back the legendary series created by Akira Toriyama . The legendary Japanese series, which has legions of fans all over the world, can be seen again in Catalan after more than 30 years since the first episode was broadcast on TV3.

On the digital platform 3Cat and SX3 you can watch three seasons of the saga in Catalan: "Bola de Drac", "Bola de Drac Z" and "Bola de Drac Súper" . In this way, the first seasons of Akira Toriyama's legendary series are recovered, and "Bola de Drac Súper" (2015-2018) is included, which will be broadcast for the first time in Catalan . In total, you can watch up to 575 episodes of the series dubbed in Catalan.

A symbol of anime in Catalan
The rebroadcast of this triology coincides with the 40th anniversary of the premiere of the series , more than thirty years after the broadcast of the first episode in Catalan on TV3. "Bola de Drac" arrived in Catalonia in the 90s and achieved great audience success on TV3. The saga, which was the first anime that could be seen in the Catalan language , has become a benchmark for anime in Catalan for several generations, and a phenomenon has been created around the adventures of Son Goku .

With this acquisition, 3Cat strengthens its commitment to a wide, quality audiovisual offer in Catalan, through SX3, the reference entertainment and training platform aimed at children and family audiences. "Bola de Drac" can be seen both on the digital platform and on the SX3 channel, which this season has set several audience records, and has been a leader among children's audiences: in May, almost 2 million Catalans connected with the SX3, according to the latest data from Kantar.

It's interesting TOEI are going back to older content though.

For Kai the upcoming Dutch dub will be the EIGHT new dub we've got in the last two years (as we've had the Hindi redub, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Polish and Castillian Spanish).

Cartoon Network India also redubbed Dragon Ball Z movies 5-9 and 12-13 in the five native languages, and I heard there was plans to finally air GT although apparently they changed plans and started airing One Piece instead, but that's not doing well apparently so maybe GT will still come.

South Korea have been airing a redub of original Dragon Ball since last Christmas, but they refub material even more than Funimation.

The Kurdish dub of Dragon Ball Z and all the movies, which air on 4Anime in Iraq only started about 5 years ago, but maybe they don't count as they're probably illegal productions.

I'm sure Daima will get a load of dubs, but it's nice to see the older series and movies getting the same treatment.

I don't speak Catalan, but I assume he's saying the dub started recording in February and didn't start airing then?
