Joji Yanami. It was such a heartbreaking journey for him when he got too old to do the job, and the only thing that kept him going was his love for the series and his professionalism.
Mexico: Carlos Becerril for the more comedic Dragon Ball arcs, and then Jose Lavat for the more dramatic arcs. And then for the rest of OG and then Z. The guy they got for GT wasnt half bad. The one who wins out is Mr Lavat, if I had to pick ONLY ONE.
English: The Kai guy, hands down. I cant take Dale Kelly seriously and the rest are good but inferior to the Kai guy.

Joji Yanami and Brice Armstrong. I know Armstrong was too old to voice the narrator for Kai and Super but I wish Funimation had got him to redub all the narration for Z and GT for the remastered sets

From the English side, I really liked Jim Conrad (BLT Dragon Ball dub) and Brice Armstrong. Just felt like a natural delivery that fit the role.
