They changed the Age 1000 Youtube playlist name to Xenoverse 3. It's not some vague "leak" it's an admission from Bandai themselves

The official DragonBallGames twitter also has been doing a recap of Xenoverse 2 for the past few months, including the DLC. I guess leading up to the latest DLC which makes it seem it might be the last DLC for Xenoverse 2. (leading into Xenoverse 3)

Not to cast aspersions, I don't know the guy. but it's also not unheard of for social media influencers to just say things that they think might be true so they can claim credit later, even though they didn't actually know. I wouldn't put too much stock in that kind of thing.

Back in 2018 sequels were more common and the gap between Xenoverse 1 and 2 was like 2 or 3 years so everyone assumed there would be a new one sooner rather than later.

Trailer was nice. Piccolo cameo was fun. Bulma's (or her descendant's?) outfit looks comfortable except for that Whis-like tech neck ring.

I hope they use some of the DBO lore here. Give Goku and Vegeta's final rival battle to the death a shout-out.

Namekians has a longer life span compared to humans, remember Piccolo Daimao was around when Master Roshi was still a student. Elder Guru is even older than Piccolo Daimao and the only reason he died was because his life got reduced from seeing namekian suffer. We don't know what age a Namekian is considered old.

As for Bulma it could be her descendant or maybe Bulma wished for immortality. Maybe Dr Hedo invented something for Bulma.

Master Roshi seems to be immortal along with Baba, so I don't know why having Bulma wish to be immortal would be bad. Although I doubt Bulma would make a wish like that, especially seeing everyone that she knows die.

Dragon Ball is so cartoon-like and optimistic that themes like this are way too dark not to be handwaved by the series if this is actually Bulma. It wouldn't be the first time, the franchise just hand-wave a dilemma.

It might be too early, but here's what I think at this moment:

Yes, the game takes place in AGE 1000, but there's little to no relation to Dragon Ball Online, in virtually all senses. They asked Toriyama to come up with his own version of the world set two hundred and sixteen years in the future but without the Time Patrol stuff. Notice how Majins and Namekuseijins don't appear at all, it seems to be just Earthlings. And that one in an alley with a Saiyan tail, if I were to guess, that's a synthetic tail, he's not really a Saiyan (also that hair... Not really an usual Saiyan hair, right?). I don't know what to make of the "Demon Realm pop singer", though.

That's the vibes I'm getting from all that was revealed so far. Of course, this is all from a lore perspective I'm talking about. I'm sure we will still be able to create and play as a member of all those races and apparently one with a pointy ear (from the Demon Realm, perhaps?). I might be terribly wrong and I truly hope I am, I don't want Dragon Ball Online content to vanish entirely, they can reduce it, sure, but let it still be part of the game to some extent.

One more thing: if the previous trailer already confirmed something neat (spiked-up hair upon transforming), this one already confirmed something not-so-neat (still no voice acting for the protagonist. Bummer).
