I'm making this thread for fans who want to talk about Toriyama's other works whether it be because there's a lack of a forum in English, a passing interest in his non Dragon Ball works, or because they prefer them over DB (like me) so to kick this thread off I thought I'd share a video covering the history of Doctor Slump charecters being voiced in English

The OG Dr. Slump anime is currently in the process of being fansubbed in it’s entirety, by a sub group known as “shiteatersubs” and as of the latest posting (back on April 30th) the sub release is up to episode 185. So about fifty some odd episodes remain before the complete series will be fully subbed in English. Overall, quite a cool project in lieu of a Western release pretty much never happening at this point.

Given i quite like the show for it’s off the wall, wacky comedic tone that Toriyama had already nailed in the manga it’s nice to have the vast majority of it up to this point available in an easily accessible, subtitled version.

Indeed it is & they had made a trailer for a full fandub

They had made 3 episodes but due to hard drive failure & COVID causing them to be unable to re-do it the group disbanded.

Additionally there was another fandub made around 2006-2007. Not sure if it was just clips or full episodes but it's mentioned on a megaman forum https://mmls.proboards.com/thread/2147/dr-slump but you'll need to use the wayback machine to browse the link posted on the megaman forum.
