POP TVBroadcast all of Dragon Ball and around the first 100 episodes of Dragon Ball Z in Japanese with English subtitles in the USA. Dragon Ball was aired between January 5, 1992 and December 11, 1994 and Dragon Ball Z followed exactly 1 week after.
Kanal ABroadcast Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z in Japanese with localized subtitles in Slovenia on November 19, 2001.
Nova TVBroadcast Dragon Ball in Japanese with localized subtitles in Slovenia from October 8, 2002.
Cartoon Network (Netherlands)Broadcast Dragon Ball in Japanese with Croatian subtitles in Croatia. According to one source it was shown between July 9, 2002 and concluded on December 8, 2002, although fan reports from the time point to the broadcast being earlier. Some fans report seeing the Red Ribbon Army arc in January 2002, which would imply Dragon Ball premiered in late 2001.
YorinBroadcast Dragon Ball Z episodes 1-150 (edited numbering) in English with Dutch subtitles in the Netherlands. The English dubs aired were the Saban dub, Funimation inhouse (episodes 54-107) and Westwood (episodes 108-150). The series aired between August 28, 2000 and June 7, 2001 until the channel became the Dutch MTV and the Pan-European feed, which did not have the rights to Dragon Ball Z and wasn't widely available.
Kanaal 2Broadcast all of Dragon Ball Z in English with Dutch subs first on the Yorkiddin block. The English dubs aired were the Saban dub, Funimation inhouse (episodes 54-107) and Westwood (episodes 108-276 with the exception of certain episodes where it switched back to the Funimation inhouse dub). The Blue Water dub of Dragon Ball GT also aired with local subs. New episodes of Dragon Ball Z aired on Yorkiddin between November 5, 2001 and May 26, 2003 and Dragon Ball GT followed from May 27th to October 30th the same year
SubTVBroadcast Dragon Ball Z up to the end of the Cell Games in either English or Japanese with Dutch subtitles in the Netherlands starting December 17, 2001. The show aired on the Cake programming block.
TVB PearlBroadcast Dragon Ball Z episodes 1-275 (edited numbering) in English with Finnish subtitles in Finland. The last episode aired unsubbed with the German dub. The English dubs aired were the Saban dub, Funimation inhouse (episodes 54-107) and Westwood (episodes 108-275). The series premiered between January 15, 2003 and December 16, 2006.
CTV9Broadcast Dragon Ball Z in Japanese with English and Chinese subs in Hong Kong.
AXN SpinPossibly broadcast a Khmer dub of Dragon Ball Z with English subtitles in Cambodia.

Dragon Ball GT's debut was as early as January 2012 and Dragon Ball Kai premiered November 8, 2012 in Poland, and made its debut (or was rerun) April 17, 2013 in Slovenia, Serbia, Croatia and Macedonia.
