Well we dont know if its vegetas relative, just looks like a little him kind of.

...so we have a vegetable and an avacado. Whats the little yellow guys name?

It's a possibility that Table could be related to Vegeta, but he's not necessarily Vegeta's little brother, he could also be his nephew or his son.

Or he could not be a Vegeta's relative at all, like Tullece is not a Goku's relative.

Toei animated all of the other 19 movies and specials in 4:3 ratio

No, those were done in 16:9. Sure, the frame they used as 4:3 and they went ahead and drew and colored outside the 16:9 range but none of that was ever intended to be seen. The animation was framed entirely for 16:9 viewing.

The movies were animated in 4:3, with the intention to be cropped, apparently widescreen cels in those days were expensive.

Yeah, the new Saiyan's name should be pronounced more like "ta-bel" or "tobble", not "tay-bel".

I doubt that we'll get to see any before before it comes out, Toei usually dosn't give much away for their movies before their release. Just look at the trailers, hardly any of them have any footage at all, and the ones that do only have a few seconds. But then again this isn't your average DBZ movie, and Toei will have to put in some extra effort to build the anticipation, since Dragonball is past it popular days.

I hear that man...I just hope it's another Tullece situation...But regardless I'm glad I have this to look forward to.

Also, sorry if this has been answered. But any word on if this Special will be in the Episode range (20 Minutes) or Movie/Special Range (45-50 Minutes)?

We haven't heard anything yet, but I'm guessing that it will be in the movie length range, since this is supposed to be an important movie to commemorate Jump's 40th anniv. Plus it's they've had over a decade to come with a good length story.

It means that if he is related to Vegeta than he has traveled time, which helps the theory of this being related to DBO and that little Yardrat looking guy actually being a Yardrat.
