Time will tell. With this special, The live action movie, the "Complete Illustrations", the DS game, and other releases, maybe its time that Dragonball got a new arcHerms wrote:Well, it has beem a few years, so maybe he just finally warmed up to the idea of doing some more DragonBall. Or maybe it's just because with this special, all he has to do is come up with the story, and leave all the hard work to others.jaywonder wrote:It seems like Toriyama is still fond of DB because the last I read from him, he didn't seem to want to revisit the series

He scored dub movies 2, 3, 12, 13, some of 10, and the redub of the first 67 episodes. If this special is licensed by FUNi and given a dub music track, he's likely the one they'll get.

Surely that new arc is DBO, which I believe Toriyama has been a part of for several years?jaywonder wrote:Time will tell. Honestly, no-one is going to listen to you here unless you have some kind of source for this information, if we all listened to people like you, we'd be writing letters to FUNimation demanding to know why they haven't released Dragonball AF, because we all know that it's actually real and they are just hiding it because it's super awesome.
Well, it's been one week. I have the scans on my computer. Now, who should I e-mail the files to?
I really don't want the inconvenience of having to set up a site somewhere, so I'll wait until someone responds and is wiling to accept the folder from me...the pics are all Targa format, ( I know you can open them iwth ACDSee, but I'm not sure what else). In any case, I'll send the files maybe by Friday. (My work takes me away from home for about a week, and trying to send it over my home computer would just be ridiculous, 'coz my home computer is still dial-up. Yes, yes, I know.)
And I'm not really trying to be secretive, I just don't want my co-workers to find out I'm using the office computers this way, since I just got this job (again) and the last thing I need is to be fired (again).
Oh, and by the way, Captain Awesome...I realize I am the new guy here, and that one must be wary of unfounded rumors, but why the antagonism?
It really does seem like an over-the-top and totally uncalled for attack on my person...one, I might point out, was NOT instigated by me.
You could always just upload them to Photobucket or something similar. If that is a big problem you could PM me and get my email, and I would put them on Photobucket for you. I really don't understand why you would have to send them to one of us when it would be just as easy to upload them to one of the many free picture hosts.Wasted Wisher wrote:Well, it's been one week. Yes, in Osaka. But you need to recieve a ticket from Jump to get in. To get that, you mail in a postcard with your name and other information on it, and they select the winners.

Is that just for the Osaka date? Or is there a chance you might not get to see this? (I think it was you who was going to try to go to one of these..)
