I know but I don't think the game developers think that's enough to warrant him a role in a fighting game. Maybe the Sparking series but If you add him who's next? Kami?
I completely respect your opinion, and I respect you. I enjoyed discussing this with you, even if I don't completely agree.

I think Goku and Gohan (before Mystic Power UP) and Vegeta and Future Trunks should use the potara earrings to become Gohu and Vegenks and then they should do the fusion dance to become Govehanks. And they should battle The potara earring fusion of Super Buu and Omega Shenron.

Alright, that would be ridiculous.

Kami did more fighting than Popo!

Ok, I could see them putting him in a game like Sparking Meteor but Burst Limit? Super Dragon Ball Z? He'd be a cool secret character but still.... :?

Uh... not exactly. He did kinda spend a significant portion of screen/panel time in the anime and manga thoroughly beating the ever loving shit out of Goku and making him into his personal bitch boy; the same Goku who had just, JUST defeated Piccolo Daimao a few short chapters/epsisodes I might add. He even ATE a Kamehameha at one point, Yakon style, for crying out loud.

And it wasn't like he wasn't fighting in the "traditional" DBZ style either... the fucker was teleporting and zipping around like fucking crazy, hammering the absolute dogshit out of Goku for MULTIPLE EPISDOES.

In just the span of time of Goku's innitial meeting with him post-Daimao saga, Popo's done about 10,000 times more actual fighting (and rather badass fighting at that) than Babidi, Appule, Generic Freeza Henchman, and Artificial Human #8 combined.
If it helps, like most of the things that take a while in the Daimou saga, it's almost HILARIOUSLY short in the original manga chapter.

Goku runs at him. Popo smacks Goku in the face. This happens a few times. Kami laughs his ass off and lets Goku meet him.

I sincerely doubt that what foreigners happen to think about Popo’s “racial overtones” was a notion that was even slightly entertained by the Japanese game developers. More than likely it’s simply the same reason that Kami and Murasaki (two other characters I desperately want to see playable) haven’t been done yet; they just didn’t get around to them yet.

‘Sides, Popo and his "minstrel" likeness has been plenty prominent on any number of game menus and option screens, and I don't see anyone making a Federal case out of it.
When money is involved, anything is possible, but you may be right about the getting around to them. Nevertheless, I am still waiting on GT Vegeta, adult Trunks and Son Goten amongst others. I would hope that they would get around to those first since they have been adding more characters from GT lately.
The Saiyans are very much like the Klingons and Jem'Hadar.

Let us not forget (the filler?) when Trunks and Goten beat the crap out of Popo, and he just kinda gawked at them. XD.
(Give us Kami and Adult ChiChi, and we've got the whole 23rd tournament. Heck, a game from the tournament to Freeza could be epic on its own if enough creativity went into it.).

Chaozu Vs Raditz. XD.
*tries to imagine what would have happened if Raditz had come across Ten and Chaozu first instead of Piccolo*[/quote]

I hadn't read that part of the manga in a good number of years, but I could've sworn it was at least a good couple of chapters worth of training.

Viz needs to put out a completely censorship-free version of the manga so I can finally pick up the whole damn thing.
The actual FIGHT takes about 5-10 pages(depending on what you call "the fight"), the whole interaction with Popo takes a little less than 20.

Starts on page 90 of volume 14, and the meeting with Kami starts on page 108.

Vegeta vs Yamcha. I know Yamcha still wants to get revenge against Vegeta, for taking Bulma away from him.

Adult/Ultimate Gohan vs. SSJ3 Goku
A cool fight I would have liked to have seen.

Future Gohan and Trunks fight some of the movie characters: Brolly, Bojack, Hirudagan, Cooler, and etc.

Goku vs. Vegeta
In a friendly and respectable fight. Not where they are trying to kill each other!
Gohan: "You're a Buddhist." Kuririn: "A hungry Buddhist!"

Seriously! Vegeta being respectable in any way goes totally against his character. I mean, it would be nice if he wasn't a dick for once, but it wouldn't really make any sense, now would it? =P

As far as I know, there are no Intergalactic Association of Boxing Commissions that establishes rules for a fight in Dragonball. Vegeta has basically been a loner for the majority of his life and Nappa was just there to take up space. Some would call it selfish but looking at the world where Vegeta came from only one rule applied. Only the strong survive and weak are eaten alive by the likes of Freeza and his ilk.
Using logic like that you can justify anything.

"Hey, I'm from another planet where people kill each other on a daily basis. That means you can't get mad at me for killing your family."

From my perspective, it was pretty dirty. And from the way Goku reacted, and the look on Vegeta's face at the time, both of them probably thought so too.

...What? Respect as in Vegeta isn't out to kill Goku. Plus, Vegeta does respect Goku. "...You're number one..." ring a bell.

Forgotten Hero, two words. Secondly, crazy my ass.

In reality, you do not approach a street fight with just your hands and then get mad when someone brings a gun (to hell with a knife), and scream ‘Hey that is not fair! Where I come from, we use our fists and we stick to the rules of the Association of Boxing Commissions!' In the neighborhood I grew up in a person with that attitude would not last very long. To those that were on Namek it was a constant life or death situation. Vegeta was after the prize (the Dragonballs) like everyone else and all is fair in love and war. There was not a Geneva Convention on planet Namek.

Well yeah, but that doesn't stop us looking at situations like that from our point of view and calling it dirty, does it? Of course if someone brought a gun to a knife fight you wouldn't say, "Hey, that's cheating." And from a logical, survival point of view, it's a good move. That doesn't stop it from being 'sneaky' or 'dishonourable' though, even if the person in question (like Vegeta) doesn't care.
