Dragonboxes - Are they back?

Discussion, generally of an in-universe nature, regarding any aspect of the franchise (including movies, spin-offs, etc.) such as: techniques, character relationships, internal back-history, its universe, and more.

Dragonboxes - Are they back?

Post by onlyonelegend » Thu Oct 09, 2008 9:36 am

Hi everyone, I'm looking around and seeing people trying to buy dragonboxes again. I thought they were out of print from ages ago. Any help would be nice. Thanks

They're not "Back", but people are buying them used or unsold. Usually from Yahoo! Japan auctions and the like.

There is no "new printing" of the Dragon Boxes.

Cheers for that, there just seems to be more dragonbox talk around than usual.

I'm guessing a new bit of interest in the Dragon Boxes came up due to the release of the Funimation Season Sets, or at least the Season Sets allowed the topic to be brought up more often.

You can sometimes still find them in places like Bookoff, generally in Japan of course (on a completely unrelated note, anyone feel like giving me $800? You know, out of the kindness of your heart and all that? I'll translate whatever you want!).
Kanzenshuu: Is that place still around?
Sometimes, I tweet things
We might, if they screamed all the time, for no good reason.

Oh, I'm sorry. I left my "$1,000 for people who don't fit into crowds of Japanese children" in my other pants. =p
