Yes, this scenario to me seems to fit Vegeta's personality best, as far as I see it. He might have been devoid of moral scruples, but he's to much of a snob to force himself on someone. What would that say about the great prince after all, that he's desperate? How pathetic! :p....Of course someone giving "it" to you out of fear is arguably another form of rape but yeah...
Looking at it this way, that would also account for the clip that SSj Rambo posted, (yes yes not canonical) he rejects the porn because he'd find it insulting, as if it were an implication that he wouldn't be able to get the real thing! Still I suppose there might be a
slight chance that he was so preoccupied with getting strong that for a time, he was a 30+ virgin.
I do totally see Napa and Radditz as being conventional rapists, they probably treated alien women, as disposable living blow up dolls, use once then discard.
