Y'know who used to have that strip in its entirety? DragonBall Unlimited. But the site's format has changed too much since then, and the image is long gone . . .

Maybe if you Wayback by a couple of years, you can find it. It'd be in the Video Games section.

Well, the image was printed in Daizenshu 1, but I'm not sure how one might get it unless they happen to actually own a copy of it or something...

Viz didn't translate it, but I believe it goes something like this.

The video game one is from a Jump Multimedia World Pamphlet, and was reprinted in Daizenshuu 1. The one of Vegeta bowling is from the J Manga New Year’s Resolution Tournament, an event in 1994 where readers would send in their own 4-panel manga strips to “compete against Toriyama-sensei”. It was reprinted in Daizenshuu 7.

There's a single panel strip of Piccolo and Gohan commenting on Jump's 25th (?) anniversary, which was reprinted in Daizenshuu 1, and a five panel strip showing what the secondary characters were doing during the late Namek, pre-SSJ Goku stuff, which was reprinted in Daizenshuu 7. Daizenshuu 7 then has a bunch of over short strips by Toriyama talking about things like how he made DragonBall and his relationship to the anime. One of them has Kame-sennin giving drawing tips.
