What's weird about Omega Shenron's moustache is that it's seemingly made of his own flesh, which is kinda weird. Less a moustache and more "creepy skin flaps".

I always thought it was supposed to be like the thing that hangs off the face of a certain type of fish. I can't remember what type of fish it is, but I know Magikarp has them.
