What DVD is this in?
"Captain Ginyu" saga - Assault
Vegeta ditches Goku to fight Ginyu, while he flies off to steal the dragon balls away from Kuririn and Gohan. Along the way, after revealing his entire plan, he finished it with "If I've learned anything from this entire experience, it's that I'm a frickin' genious!"

That is a classic!

-Yajirobe & Korin's whole "Bean Daddy" thing from Movie 5.
Two of my favorites as well, it just shows how clueless and stupid Cold and Yajirobe are! XD Another one that I, for some damn reason, think is funny, is at the end of Movie 7's dub. Piccolo and Vegeta are sitting out on that glacier and one of them asks (forget which) "Is it over yet?" And the other replies. "Not until the fish jumps." and then a fish jumps and he says "It's over." I don't know why, but that cracked me up the first time I saw it.
I love that as well. I know some elitists didn't like it and said that was horrible, but I think that they'd laugh at that in a Bugs Bunny cartoon.

Oh, so many moments to choose from....one moment that just cracks me up is at the end of movie 6, when Gokuu and Vegeta are gently floating down to Earth after the battle with Coola, happy music is playing, everyone's cheering for them, and then BAM! they both make a not-so-graceful crash landing

I also thoroughly enjoy the scene where Vegeta figures out that Gokuu is planning to appease the Elder Kai by giving him HoTT piXxX!!11 of Bulma. It's the only time we get to see him go super-deformed in the manga.

Oh, and cross-dressing Trunks from GT! He made such a radiant bride (and had a wicked six-pack, to boot  ) Another GT moment I like is when Vegeta rips the steering wheel from the car of the guys who were hitting on Bra. Speaking of driving, the whole episode with Gokuu and Piccolo learning to drive was pretty damn hilarious. "Cut the steering!" *Gokuu breaks off the steering wheel*

I can't think of any specific dub quotes that I find funny that people haven't mentioned yet. I know I generally find Oolong to be funnier in the dub, though. As for lines taken out of context to sound sexual, I think my favorite is when Krillin is about to use Bulma's Patented Android Deactivator on #18, and he says something like "This device will immobilize her, but then I have to do all the rest!" Damn, Krillin, you just don't want to do ANY of the work, do you?

For me, I find Satan pretty amusing in the Buu saga; especially his interaction with the fat Buu. Gotenks's antics, also, and Piccolo's subsequent reactions. (Like the one in the "ugh" image.) Kamesennin has his moments, but I think I love Pilaf and his gang most of all. Somehow, it has always struck me as very funny when Pilaf pulls the knife out on that alligator.

Oh, there's a few Kuririn moments I really like. Namely, his fights with Bacterian, Jackie Chun, Chaozu, and Draculaman.

Another moment I just thought of was on the dub version of "Curse of the Blood Rubies". When the gang showed up at Old Man Roshi's island, Yamcha had already told him untruths and yells at them, "So, you've come to kill me and steal my shell!" That made me laugh.

More:

-Master Roshi, standing in front of his open closet full of turtle shells: "Which one of these shells says stud muffin?" And the whole time, he's pelvic thrusting.

-Roshi declaring "Let's all go back to the hotel and watch dirty videos... I mean play cards!"

-When Roshi goes off to be Jackie Chun, he tells Bulma "Oh! I have to poop!"

-Any time they blatantly superimpose something into the show, like something covering a penis, or the word "Root" above the word "Beer". My God, every other dubbing company that has to add things to the image can do it seemlessly, why can't FUNimation. It's the only company that I know that makes the superimposed item float.

With that the best superimposing I've seen them do was Kazemaru's manji tattoo in YYH. It was to the point if you never saw the uncut version, you would not have known there was a tattoo there.

There's a difference between superimposing and airbrushing.

Now that I think about it, the tv vesion of Dragon Ball were Old Man Roshi was using the "Mad Cow" attack was pretty funny with the superimposed crazy cows in the background.

Vegeta calling Goku "Mr.Straight Fingers" was pure comedy gold.

I don't seem to remember a single thing you guys have mentioned...but, ugh...frothy mugs of water is funny (in that lame-ass FUNi censorship kinda way).

Kuririn's head becoming the moon (thanks to Muten Roshi's hypnotism-ness) was pretty funny. So was Son Goku releasing the Kamehameha through his feet in his fight with Ma Jr.

Damnit, there were a few things that made me laugh in DB and DBZ, both dub and original, but I can't remember any. I do agree that Oolong comes across much funnier in the dub that the sub. Although a lot of his snide remarks are at their best in the manga.

There is one moment that makes me piss myself though, and that's Shuu disguised as Goku during (or just before) the Red Ribbon saga. His mask is absolutely hilarious.

Anything where the dub actually manages to poke a bit of fun at the original, I find amusing, if only because you have to have seen both to really "get" it. "When the fish jumps" from Movie 7 is one, but my favorite is during the Tenkaichi Budokai late in DBZ. Just before the video showing Mr. Satan's version of the Cell Games, it begins with that triangle symbol and the ocean screen (just like all the DBZ movies). So, they dubbed it with a little jingle, "Waves on ro~ocks!! This video is brought to you by waves on rocks." Classic.

Of course, the video that follows is funny in ANY language, or even with the sound off :P

Another thing I liked from the uncut dub was the following dialogue:

Grand Kai:Listen Pikkon, I need you to go straight to Hell for me!

Pikkon: Yes, sir.

Goku: That's not very nice.

King Kai: He's the Grand Kai! He can say whatever he wants!

I also liked the following dialogue from the dub of "Path to Power" which made Oolong a bigger perv:

Oolong: You were the teacher's pet, literally!

Puar: And you were a no-good perv! You transformed into lingerie and hid in our teacher's underwear drawer!

Oolong: It would've worked, too, if it weren't for your blabbering!

Yeah, I liked them, especially "Waves on Rocks".

I also love that bit during the first Budokai, where Bulma is standing on Oolong's shoulders. He's complaining about how heavy she is, looks up, sees her underwear, and then says:

"It's a good thing I'm not a pervert".

It makes me laugh, mainly because I'm giving the writers the benefit of the doubt and assuming that they are being ironic. I refuse to believe that they have managed to get Oolong's character THAT wrong (especially since they leave in a lot of other perverted stuff for him).

With that I found it funny since the way I see it, similar to how villains don't see themselves as villainous, perverts don't see themselves as perverts.

One of the funniest and most disturbing moments in DB is when General Blue crashes in Penguin Village and he runs into that smart kid (I forget his name) and in his head you hear him talking about how the kid's "just his type" and everything. I knew he was gay, but I didn't know he was a pedophile. The funny thing is in the dub they cover this up by making it seem like the kid is General Blue's long lost little brother "Samuel".

They had to cover that up for CN, but it was obvious that he was checking him out. If you were watching it, you were thinking, "Brother...riiiiight!"

Mmmmm YUCK.

But that is pretty funny.

I was hoping in the Super Android 13 dubbed movie after he said "whoop your ass" that it would lead to' can of whoop ass" and spouting off of 3:16 and "What?" but it didn't happen.

But if it did that woulda been my favorite moment.

Man.... All those were good funny scenes... but what about the Mago Gosora at the 21st Tenkaichi Budokai....
Yamcha: Uh... couldn't that also be read as Son Goku?
XD the look the announcer had was priceless, also when Pilaf see's the banner in Gyuu Mao's Village...
Pilaf: Welcome Mago Gosora-Sama....
Shuu: Uh... couldn't that also be read Son Goku

also what about when Pilaf farts in Episode 2? XD

Also the "Waves on Rocks" Satan Presentation....
Satan (to Cell): Your Useless Tricks won't work on me for they are useless and stupid....

Goku: Mr Satan is cool...
Vegeta (in a VERY gay sounding voice): I wish I were him....
