That sucks....well, I still had some questions!

have a few question, JAPPO, if you don't mind.

1) Does it say anything about the SIZE of the Oozaru?
2) Is it called "Oozaru"?
3) Does it say anything about him coming to earth/hitting his head besides that one flashback to the meteor?
4)Is anything said about an animated portion of the film?
5)On a scale from 1-10, how perverted would you say Roshi is in this film overall?
6)This is just for me: How much language is in the script?

That's all. If something can't be said because of legal issues, that's fine

If you’re still posting here and not out looking for a lawyer then you really can’t be in that much trouble. Besides, most of it was just paraphrasing. Discussing something that you may very well have made up isn’t illegal. And even if the script tidbits are, FOX would be crazy to spend the money suing some kid on the Internet for distributing spoilers (and actually creating interest in their product in the process).

Insofar as news goes, Jappo hasn't been proven wrong yet. Plus, if he were making stuff up, I don't think FOX would care as much as they seem to.

2. It isn't made up but they seem to think paraphrasing is illegal.
3. Fox IS crazy. Where have you been?

They have no respect for the promotion I have done for their film, but LEGALLY they don't have to. They are a huge corporation.

No, I mean, hypothetically. Not that we have any idea if FOX knows or even cares about this at all.

I'm honestly shocked they don't even have an official U.S. website up for this movie yet. They have less than three months to go. o_O;;
(Two if you want to count the release in Japan.)

There's not even a trailer out in theaters yet.

Honestly, I really don't feel any sympathy for FOX in this manner... It's not OUR fault their marketing for this movie sucks.

They're obviously too busy pulling the rug out from under Warner Bros. for using something they(FOX) have the rights to but have just been sitting on for what? A decade now? Not to mention they waited until the movie was pretty much finished and already heavily promoted before even saying anything
