...wow.
In the dutch manga he's also called that; "Geniale Schildpad".
That's because our manga was translated from French, in which they call him Tortue Géniale.

Hungarian: Ifjú Sátán (Satan Junior)
Basque: Satan Txiki (they pronouce like "Satan Chiki")
Polish: Szatan Serduszko
Lithuanian: Pikolas (this change is because of the inflection of proper noun in Lithuanan language)
Cantonese: 笛子魔童 (笛 means whistle)
Don't post out of order!! Piccolo was planned to be the third character anyway, but I'm the author of this topic and I decide when to start with which character.

Plus, It's intented to let every member to tell us the names used from their homeland, and not add all the names in one go like you did.

But going along, Piccolo's name in the Arabic dub is "Picola".

"Yamchu" in Norwegian, Danish, German, and probably Swedish and Finnish too, since they all translate from each other. Often while drunk, as evidenced by the quality of some of these translations.

The Norwegian anime just called him "you" because they didn't like him enough to bother finding a name for him (and they just dubbed the movies, which he barely appears in anyway).

As for his attacks, the only translations I remember are the Danish ones:
Rouga Fuu Fuu Ken is called "Ulveangrep" ("Wolf Attack"), though he alternatively just yells "Jeg er en ulv" ("I am a wolf") when the translators didn't feel like looking up the name they originally gave him.
The Soukidan is named "Kuglelyntorpedo" ("Thunderball Torpedo"), which is a fucking awesome name, and one of the best name changes they came up with.

As for Piccolo, in Danish it stays as "Piccolo", with Daimaou being "Ærkedjævlen Piccolo" (Piccolo the Archdevil) or "Ærkedæmonen Piccolo" (Piccolo the Archdemon) when they can't keep their terms straight, and his 23rd/28th Budoukai name being "Beelzebub" because... uh... they like being random, I guess. I can't remember what they called him in Norway, but I think they were the same names given their appropriate Norwegian spellings "Erkedjevelen/Erkedemonen"/"Belsebub". Maybe they didn't screw up and referred to him as a demon like the Danes did, I don't know. They probably did, as bad as their translation is.

In the Norwegian anime dub, he's "Big Green" because that dub is retarded.

Yamcha doesn't have many alternative names like Piccolo and Kamesennin because it wasn't changed in the French dub. You know, many European countries imported DB from France.

Yamucha

German: Yamchu
Serbian: Jamača
Malay: Yamu
Standard Mandarin: 樂平 or 雅木查
Taiwanese Mandarin: 亞姆
Cantonese: 阿樂

In Chinese, Yumcha(飲茶) means "drink tea", so they changed the name and took "樂" from his clothes

Edit:

Yamcha is still Yamcha.

Muten Roushi in the portuguese dub is Tartaruga Genial which can be translated to genius turtle.

Piccolo Daimao (Manga and TV show dub)

German: Oberteufel Piccolo (Overfiend Piccolo)

Piccolo (Ma Junior) (TV show dub)

German: Beelzebub (as a pseudonym only in the 23rd Tenkaichi Budokai)
Italian: Junior

Muten Roshi (Manga and TV show dub)

German: Muten Roshi / Herr der Schildkröten (Lord, or Master of the Turtles)
However, in the TV animanga he's no longer called "Herr der Schildkröten", but Kame Sennin.

Sorry, no. You do not get so solely dictate when and where which specific things get discussed on this forum. I understand that you are looking to personally keep things in order, but you cannot and will not demand that people only post according to which specific information you are looking to cover.

If I may ask, where does the "Ma Junior" come from? The "ma" in Daimao?

"ma" can either mean "Magical" or "Demon". In this case it means demon.
In other words his nickname is "Demon Jr." Piccolo Daimao also used the "ma" symbol as his calling card.

I'm fairly sure it's on the front of Daimao's Gi, if you compare the two you'll find your answer. (I can't find a shot of Future Gohan from the back at this moment and I'm too lazy to pop in any DVDs.)

Yamcha is still Yamcha.
And in Catalan he was Satanás Cor Petit.

Also, in the Mexican dub they called him Pikoro. I remember not only from hearing it, but also they way the episode title card were written out.

Further, the "ma" in Daimao is the same "Ma".

The "Ma" is for Demon, the "o" is to mean "king", and I think the "Dai" means that it's a title of some sort? Not so sure on the Dai.

I may be wrong on this, but I'm fairly sure it's the same "maou" from "Gyuumao"(Ox Demon King).

Yes, I think Mao (or Ma-ō) is something equivalent to Demon King, or Dark Lord. The most powerful Mazoku in the anime/novels series Slayers are known as the Mao too.

Keep in mind that Mazoku means Demon/Evil Clan/Race

"Dai" is a common kanji that can be attached to pretty much every word out there, and roughly means "great". Piccolo is the Great Demon King.

The "maou" is the same as in Gyuumaou, yes.

Back where I came from, topic authors were allowed to give rules for their topics and moderatores don't have any objections... But I guess it's not working everywhere. Sorry.

Back to topic: Yamcha was "Yamaka" in the Arabic dub and his Rogafufufken recieved different translations from the Pilaf Saga and the Tenkaichi Budokai. It was "Hungry Wolf Attack", "Blue Wolf Punch", and also "Wolf Attack".

Like jda95 said, future Gohan has the han kanji from his name on his back. However, the gi which Piccolo gave Gohan after Gohan's clothes were destroyed when he became an Oozaru does have the ma kanji on its back.

Hungry Wolf for Pilaf and Blue Wolf for the Budokai I assume? That's interesting. Do you know the Arabic script for all these? :)
