Exactly what episode is this from, because Vegeta looks hilarious in this picture, and I really want to see the episode this happens in.

I think it's right before Cell announces himself on T.V. So, I think episode 167.

I can't remember the name of the episode but it's after Trunks comes back from fighting Cell who announces that he is going to do a tournament. Bulma comes rushing in to see how Trunks is and knocks everyone over in the process.
Thats why they all look scared :lol:

God, Vegeta looks horrible. I didn't know his eyes could stretch that far. :lol:

That's a Yukio Ebizawa episode. He has a habit of making a bad looking Vegeta, especially the famous episode 51 where he attacks the Namekian village and look like Yogi Bear.

Yes, this is actually from episode 167. And for the record, his name is actually Ebisawa Yukio.

Yeah, he looks particularly awful in that episode. The outfit's terrible for one thing, the worst part was when he's talking about Cell tricking him and that he's still the stronger warrior.
