This steel book is from them too, so this is how i think they will do it i'd imagine.
EDIT: If the tripe pack and last double packs come with a 'faux'-tin side slip then I wouldn't mind so much. I just want them to look the same as the rest.

From the way godofchaos talked about the DVD version of the Double Feature in the discussion thread:
"DVD is still sealed for a few specific reasons."
&
"A few surprises to be had, but I'll let everyone know in the review."
In a way it almost sounds like these movies are in a standard case too. This is just total speculation, that's hopefully wrong, Anyways if this still is a steelbook they'll probably put the first Broli movie on the first disc seeing as it's the longest by far, and then put the other two on the second disc.
No, it's a steelbook.
It's still sealed because I'm giving it away as one of the prizes in the DVD contest at FBR (will be reviewing the BD instead of the DVD).

In fact, I can't think of any DVD that has them here. But I could be wrong.
The recent fat-pack release of the Madman DB boxes might, I own the original releases so I'm not sure.

Not Dragon Ball, but...
Doctor Who Series 1 Boxset.
(That's the 2005 season with Christopher Eccleston, not the 1963 season with William Hartnell.
)
... Yikes, it's been over a year since my last post. Although to be fair, I've at least been lurking again as of late.

Yeah, I've got a Bourne Collection steelbook with the same layout, so that's probably how they do all of their three-discers.

I completely agree with you, and the other guy who said there should be a youtube tutorial. Oh wait, I already tackled this subject in
one of my videos where I bitch about DVD cases. If you scan to about 2:09, I tackled the DBZ season sets.
...Linkage?
Mabye?
Huh, didn't realise I forgot to put the link. There ya go.

Our friendly neighborhood FUNimation Rep has come in to settle our worries.
How about I try to make sure you guys can buy the steelbook for Dragon Ball Z Movies 12 & 13 Features: Fusion Reborn / Wrath of the Dragon?
You know what? Done. The steelbook will be available 05-19-2009.
I'm guessing the rumors were false in the first place since that seemed awfully easy...
EDIT: Final Coverart posted, with the "triple feature" part fixed.

Although I'm still not too big on them recycling Movie 13's cover art, I must admit, that picture does look badass with just a black background.
Yamcha: Do you remember the spell to release him - do you know all the words?
Bulma: Of course! I'm not gonna pull a Frieza and screw it up!
Master Roshi: Bulma, I think Frieza failed because he wore too many clothes!

Would rather they reuse official art for a movie, as opposed to vectoring it (like they did with the Coola movies) or going with a completely random, vectored artwork of something from the series (like Cell saga Vegeta powering up to fight Cell).

Haha, what happened on the FUNimation Forums was that I said "Don't be surprised if the final Double Feature isn't a steelbook, because we are dealing with FUNimation here," and so FUNi's Representative then revealed to me and the rest on the forum the final Double Feature boxart.
That was funny.

I'm sick of saying this, so I'll say it in huge text:
THE COOLER DOUBLE FEATURE ARTWORK WAS RECYCLED FROM THE RETURN OF COOLER COVER

Bulma: Of course! I'm not gonna pull a Frieza and screw it up!

I think the cover is great, although I like the dragon more than Goku =x
