I would go for Bacterian's as well, those actions were kind of unexpected to me, rubbing his hand down his pants and then touching him with it was nasty. Especially when his was rubbing his ass in Kuririn's face, the first thing I thought of was Rakishi (remember from WWF)! I also agree with who said Dracula Man sucking blood from Kuririn, it was kind of raw, it's the fact that the blood was being sucked out of him and drank, then the blood splurting out of the holes when he gets mad means he loses even more blood, plus the ghost giving the transfusion, it brings back memories of hospital blood tests for real.
Another scene that doesn't actually look disgusting, but is in nature is when Bulma is running from those RR planes and when the two guys land, what they intend to do to her is what's shocking, as what is implied is rape. Although they don't get to do it, it's made obvious that they want to rape her as Bulma lists the types of games she thinks they are talking about, 'a thing that can't be done in a shonen gag manga for young kids' (or something along those lines) is the last thing she thinks they want to do, all a kid has to do is use their imagination...
Let me add when Freeza digs his fingers into Nail's arm before tearing it off, and also, when Dodoria snaps that Nameks neck.
