Last purchase would I think be the final volume of the Viz manga, which was over a year ago now. Haven't bought any of the games since then, since Burst Limit wasn't really my thing.

I recently bought Dragon Ball Z Season sets 6, 7, & 8 to complete my collection. I now own all of Dragon Ball Z & GT and plan on to start buying Dragon Ball when Season 1 is released.

Then they went and announced the Dragon Box. So much money... wasted.

I didn't get to go to Otakon this year, but I gave my sister some cash and set her out to get me some stuff. So these techically count as my purchases, I suppose.

First off is VizBig DragonBall Volume 4, which she got signed by Sonny Strait and Mike McFarland as a bonus. Second, she also picked up this little Goku figurine. [ Pic 1 | Pic 2 ]

True that!!! Today, I went to an AMC theater and played that DBZ Skill Crane Game. I managed to snag 6 out of 8 of the figures! Here's an image of what I got. I played 72 times... and also put down $9 for this. Pretty kick-ass. I'm surprised I had the patience to keep on playing... but I guess to me, it's anything for Dragon Ball. :P

Oh my God I want... where can you find the crane games to get them?!?!

Like, is there a list FUNi gave out of locations or something?

Er... well, I can't say they're everywhere. But you should have one around your area, hopefully. :) Use this website to check if you have a Crane Game machine nearby! It's really pretty easy to get a figure, since there's holes everywhere around the box for the claws to grasp.

http://blipstar.com/namcoarcade.jsp

But I'll warn you... the boxes for the figures are VERY misleading. I thought each figure in the machine was either a Goku or a S.S. Goku. The boxes are the same for every figure... and there's no name or # indicating which character it is. So you'll have to rely on your eyes and just look at the reflection and the rounded rectangle on the front of the box. Good luck!!!

Dang, man. They aren't near my area. The one's at Tyler, about 1 hour away from Dallas and about 2 hours away from my home.

Are you saying it only cost you $9 to play 72 times?

Arg, for some reason I just bought a lot of video game guides for some of the older Japanese games too. Why? Why is ebay stealing my money when there are Dragon Boxes around the corner. :x

How messed up is it that the thread on the English DragonBoxes is already far longer than this thread?

Anyway, my most recent DB purchase is a mouse pad designed to look just like Majin Boo after he was turned into chocolate. It was originally released as a limited edition bonus item for those who pre-ordered Infinite World, but I picked it up at Mandarake for 300 yen.
