I don't understand what you mean. I fail to see how a piece of animation that was (along with every other scene in the series) left untouched from the Japanese version somehow deviates from (uncut) dub/FUNi standards.

I guess I'm the only one who finds this scene really bad. The presentation of a nightmare and the aspects around it were good if not realistic...but it was totally unnecessary (even for filler) and non-dragonball fitting. But if I had to choose a winner between freaky dreams in Dragonball Z, I’d go with Cell killing Chi Chi and crushing Piccolo's head.

Wow, that's pretty weird. I expected the blood to go, but the whole concept of Chichi's neck being snapped I didn't expect them to keep in. But, I'm pretty sure if the scene aired today on Toonami (if it was still there) it probably would be edited out, even if the show was TV-PG.
