Whose to say that it won't take the exact amount of space having the original Dboxes and these smaller funiboxes?

Edit: I replied to the guy who was talking about the shelf space on the last page. Damn, it's happened twice to me on a single day...

Bootleg City.
I knew it. I knew I was wise to ask before purchasing that boxset.

Isn't that Funimation's old Dragonball logo?

Well, that's true. I guess it's also, that I would prefer not to have to go through a large amount of boxes when watching through the series, like I did with the FUNi Season Sets. But the good news is that it will most likely look much more appealing when all is done than the FUNi Sets did, all lined up...

Anyone know when these come up for pre-order? I'm imagining that they'll sell out pretty quickly, especially if this is a "for the fans" release (i.e. a conservative amount will be made) and that people from all English-speaking countries will be buying them, despite it just being a US/NA release. I've been thinking about buying DBZ on DVD for years but it looks like the time is finally right. It'd be nice if they make these region 0 (or at least region 1 and 2) because I really doubt there'll be a separate Europe/UK release. Worse comes to worse, I can always play them on my regionless PC DVD ROM drive (or buy some cheap-ass region 0 DVD player).

Sorry if this has been discussed elsewhere in the thread, but I'm late to this thread and I obviously can't really read through around 120 pages.

The Right Stuf preorders should be up before the month's end.
The series doesn't start with the arrival of Raditz. Stop being lazy and watch Dragonball.

I was about to ask when we could pre-order the set. I looked on Amazon.com and found nothing. Not even the Z Store had a listing anywhere.

Yeah just hold out for the Right Stuf preorder. Damn I'm so crazy for this release that I might not even wait for a Funimation studio sale on Right Stuf.

It's already up on Amazon for pre-order. Check out the main page of Daizex today. I am torn up between pre-ordering it now or waiting for a Rightuf listing... NOOOOOOOOOOOOO, this wait is killing me.

Which is funny, 'cause if you live in the US RightStuf's shipping is cheap. I pay all of five bucks, and that's not even the cheapest option...

Question: Does Amazon also ship early or is it just a Z-Store/Rightstuf thing?
