Well that depends, what releases are we talking about: manga or anime? Though I assume you're talking about the anime.

DragonBall manga:
  • Image Japan
  • Image Thailand
  • Image Korea
  • Image Hong Kong
  • Image Taiwan
  • Image United States
  • Image Mexico
  • Image Brazil
  • Image Spain
  • Image Portugal
  • Image Poland
  • Image Italy
  • Image Sweden
  • Image Germany
  • Image France
  • Image Denmark
  • Image Norway (added by sangofe)
  • Image Netherlands (added by Bura)
  • Image United Kingdom (added by danny.rob)
DragonBall Z anime:
  • Image Japan
  • Image Hong Kong
  • Image United States
  • Image Spain
  • Image Germany
  • Image France
  • Image Italy (added by sangofe)
  • Image United Arab Emirates (added by Innagadadavida and SHINOBI-03)
There are a bunch of countries that have dubs but no home video release. Poor chaps. Anyway, that's all I can think of off the top of my head.

EDIT: Added some more countries and some flags, for fun.

There was one more home release Hujio didn't mention. I forgot the country but they were from, but they were referred to as the "Black Bricks."

Yeah, I didn't include that because I'm not actually sure what country, or countries, that the Arabic dub box set was released in. Hopefully SHINOBI-03 can answer that questions so I can update my list.

How could you guys forget Italy for the anime, and manga you should add Norway (even though these were re-re-re-re-translated versions from the English manga).

The dub was made in Syria, but the distribution of the home releases is from the United Arab Emirates.

There was a release of the manga in Portugal. As for home video releases, only the first 9 movies and two TV specials are available (portuguese dub only).

EDIT: Oh, and for a while, GT was released on VHS (in 98, about a year before it aired on TV; three episodes per tape). I used to have the first two tapes, but lost them ages ago.

Manga was also released here in the Netherlands, first as crappy small books but now we have a Kanzenban release.

I believe the only official release the Mexican dub ever had was Funimation's very slow release of it.

Not only that, but Funimation ripped gentle little Mexican people off too.

Damnit we got neglected by Dragonball. They show it us on TV.. to make us IMPORT our goods. Yet they still release the video games!!

Bloody cock tease, I'm tellin' ya.
