I'm gonna have to look into it, but I'd be willing to bet a humble amount of money the Spanish version of He-Man isn't as tampered with in the storytelling department as the English dub of Dragon Ball is. It's not about xenophobia; anyone who decides the FUNimation dub is bad simply because it is a dub is an idiot. Or well, they made the right decision for the wrong reason, making them ignorami.

And, the honest truth is, most dub fans simply don't get what Dragon Ball is about. Because FUNimation stripped most of it off. So, technically, your quote isn't arguing anything. Unless you leave in the "Spanish" part, since the Spain and Mexico dubs were fine.

Alright people, the dub was written a decade plus ago. It's time to stop blamming them for writing it as they did and asking them to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars rewriting and rerecording it for the sake of moving closer to the original.

Who's people? That's what I'm saying it's a cartoon let people watch whatever version they like without contentiously bringing into question whose a "TRUE ULTIMATE DEE BEE ZEE FAN". I don't like the dub but Jesus Christ this isn't some super secret club with members that don't deserve to be here.

Ahh, ugh, say again? I'm a dub fan and Japanese fan, and I have watched the Japanese version of Dragonball and I know what it's about. And another thing, why do they need to know what Dragon Ball is about(Who is to say they don't in the first place - huge assumption)? Can't they just enjoy it. That is what really matters, is that they enjoy it. This is a cartoon we are talking about, not someones life. If they choose to enjoy something, that doesn't make them less inferior to someone else.

Also, that doesn't make them any less of a true fan than anyone else. Putting someone into a degrading category is just proving like you have some sort of ego that you think you are a better fan than they are. Over what? A cartoon show?

He was degrading fans with a certain preference that they liked which was the Bruce Falconer score.

That is just a very arrogant statement in itself to say they don't know what Dragonball is about if they like the English Dub.

He implies Casual fans. Which means , that people that like the English dub aren't true fans.
