Likes: New villain that uses an established trick for keeping up with the main characters despite having a reasonably-in-universe history and power beforehand? And might ... ur... tell us some stuff about Dodoria's race?

Dislikes: Goku-punch! Ur, and while all the "Other characters save the day" thing was awesome, it seems rather odd for Piccolo to use Makankosappo of all techniques ... to blow up bricks. O.O. Granted, Avokado probably didn't have mind-warping abilities that influenced what technique Piccolo used, but he broke the building, dangit!

Likes: Cool character design. Well, at least in his first form. He had a cool movie, and he was a pretty imposing antagonist in the movie. Plus, Gohan kills him instead of Goku for once (even though he aided with one punch).

Dislikes: He was too cocky. He also had a kind-of stupid second transformation that made him look like the Green Giant with red hair. He wasn't that memorable of a villian either, which is probably why he hasn't been posted yet....

Dislikes: Would have been better if she didn't have to transform.

Likes: Not much. It's interesting that he technically counts as one of the few full-blooded Saiyans in the series. I also like the idea of cloning an old villain, but...

Dislikes: Did it have to be Brolly? One movie was more than enough, let alone three. And what little potential he had was wasted when they didn't even try to do anything interesting with him.

Likes: He's a good heel for the Tenka-ichi Budokai, and at least in the anime, he has some background story setup so his viciousness has some logic (albeit twisted) behind it.

Dislikes: His brutal beat down on Videl, and the fact he doesn't live long enough for Gohan to kick the crap out of him. Also, he looks disgusting as hell.

His name is given as "Lao Chu" in DBZ Son Goku Densetsu. I haven't seen that episode in a long time, so I don't remember if his name was said or not, but if not then he's one of several characters named in the credits but not the episode dialogue itself. Tooro the Kanassian is another example.
