Dragon Ball Edition of Monopoly (And other DB board games?)

If you had the opportunity to make a Dragon Ball Edition of Monopoly, how would you make it? For example, what would you think should be the properties for sale or what would the game pieces be?

EDIT: Actually I guess there really is a Dragon Ball Edition of Monopoly! So, I went searching and found this.

But now my question is: Is this an official edition or just a bootlegged game?

Also, what other Dragon Ball related board games are out there?

Actually, there is a Dragon Ball Monopoly game! I saw it weeks ago in our local Supermarket but never got the chance to pick it up.

Indeed. It looks kind of different to the other versions of Monopoly you see.

There are plenty of locations and villages in the Dragon Ball world that could be used. Also, the thimble would have Goku's hair.

Hmm. Yeah I saw that too, but it doesn't look like a Monopoly game. To me it just looks like a general Dragon Ball board game. Seems kind of interesting and fun.

One side of the board would be Planet Namek, and you'd have to plant trees rather than build houses before you could build a hotel. And in among the Chance cards would be wishes, like "You wish for one property on the board" and you could take someone else's property away. And jail would be replaced by HFIL.

Here are pictures of the one I saw. They refer to it as "Dragon Ball Z Shin Budokai 2 Monopoly"

I'm disappointed that they used characters as spaces, rather than locations. Hmm...so Trunks is the equivalent of Boardwalk?

I find it so odd that they used Shin Budokai 2 as their bases for the edition. It screams fan made to me, but made me interested in playing it.

Same here. Those pictures make it look a bit more real, but...why the heck would it be Shin Budokai 2 monopoly? Weird..

It does look real. But why would they put it under the "Shin Budokai 2" name. That's not even what the name of the game was! It was "Shin Budokai: Another Road". So they must of slapped it on around the time the pre-development version of the game was called "Shin Budokai 2".

Also, what the hell are Tenkaichi 2 character images doing there? How did they get the licensing? Does that mean that it's a bootleg, or just a coincidence? But those are character images from BT2. Maybe even Sparking! METEOR. I dunno, I forget.

I think a Dragonball version of Risk would be awesome. You could have a Demon Clan, Turtle school, Crane school, and maybe a normal human faction like Red Ribbon. Give Red Ribbon a lot more men, and the other factions unique abilities. It'd be neat.

Shin Budokai 2 was the title for the game in Europe and Japan (and in other countries too?). North America got the game as Shin Budokai: Another Road and, if I'm correct, the only place it's named that.
