Not as smart as Bulma

I'm not sure if Bulma being smarter is true. The only character i can think of being smarter then Senbei is:

I think he's at the facility on Freeza Planet79 where Vegeta is recovering from his battle on Earth. I think he (or someone like him) is in the Bardock special in a similar capacity. I'm pretty sure he goes unnamed in the original, and to the best of my (a bit bleh...

) recollection, he's only named in the FUNi dub of the Bardock Special (I think only in the credits).

That sounds familiar. I've got the Bardock special anyway, so I can check, but I'll keep him anyway since I believe you.

Dislikes: Not a very threatening villain in flashbacks. Also, he and Mrs. Garlic spawned the hated Garlic Jr.

Like- ...... nothing really. The tree-birds in the illusion world were awesome looking?

Dislike- fysdhhghjfkh Fake Nameccians get how many episodes watching them run around happy and silly? And what happens when we meet the real Nameccians- oh wait, they're all dead and dying by the time we get to them. Yeah. Not big on that part.

Likes: He's a Mushroom-man with a little suit on.

Dislikes: There aren't really any dislikes about him. Maybe because he isn't seen as much, and he's no-where near as cool as Earth's Budokai announcer.

Not quite. Dr. Raichi’s name is written Dr.ライチー, with an extended “i” sound at the end, while Fake Namek Raichi’s name is written ライチ, without the long “i” (or the “Dr.” part, of course). They’re both probably named after Lychee.

Likes: He's an awesome old geezer! He dresses in jeans and denim jacket and he's got a boom box, despite the fact that he's apparently the strongest being in the afterlife *cof* and quite the respectable figure! It would be as if the pope would act like him. Hilarious!

Dislikes: I was disappointed to learn that he was in fact weaker than Goku and Paikuhan. When a deity of high calibre is weaker than mere mortals (dead mortals but you get me), it's quite disappointing. The promised special training never happened.

Shiyonasan: And you thought we wouldn't get to 200! By the way, would you mind listing all the Majin Buu's together? It's hard to keep track of them the way you did it. Majin Buu (Good) and Majin Buu (Evil) for example.

Lucifer

Likes: He was one of the first characters outside of Muten Roshi and Goku to demonstrate an ability use ki-based attacks. He was quite powerful, and had no trouble dealing with young Goku. He was a pretty evil guy, and one of the first villains who proposed a potential threat to the entire world (well, were he canon, that is).

Dislikes: He gets killed by his own laser...that's...that's just a pitiful way to go out.

Chapuchai

Likes: Aside from Arqua, he was my favorite of the East Kaio's students. Any character who can overcome being that tiny and become one of the greatest martial artists in the universe must be doing something right.

Dislikes: He lost his match never to be heard from again...not much else to say about him really.

Character #300

Natt

Likes: He seems to be pretty capable, as they sent him to take care of Pan all by himself. He might have even been a recruit to the Sigma Force, seeing as how they could form the Sigma Force Cannon without him. That adds a little bit of speculative history, which is always good for minor DB characters!

Dislikes: He must not have been all that powerful, he got beat by someone other than Goku in GT.

.:Pure Buu {Kid Buu}:.

Likes: Wow, what a final villain to end of the canonical series off with, huh? He still has Dragon Ball Z elements to him, but his personality is a throwback to Dragon Ball. Plus, he is the only villain canonically to be killed by the Genki Dama, because it was the only thing that could kill him. If that doesn't describe him as one tough cookie, I don't know what will. Then again, he probably likes to eat tough cookies too....

Dislikes: I can't of anything to dislike him for. Maybe that he becomes a little annoying, but that's about it....

I'd like to point out that "Chibi Buu" isn't the character's official name, it's Pure Buu (junsui no Buu).
