Gohan and Kibito

There's two scenes like that. One is in the manga and anime, where Kaioshin-Kibito no longer has the energy to teleport Dende to the Kaioshin Realm to heal Goku. He had given up all his energy to the Genki-Dama, so that was the reason he couldn't do it. But I think the scene you're thinking of is in GT: during the final battle with Baby, Kaioshin-Kibito wants to go heal SSJ4 Goku, but Elder Kaioshin tells him he doesn't have the power to do so. The idea is that SSJ4 Goku is so powerful that Kaioshin-Kibito's healing abilities aren't enough to bring him back to full strength. Kind of like how in RPGs, a potion that heals 10 HP will be really good at the beginning of the game when you have 15 HP, but will be practically useless towards the end, when you have 1500 HP.

Yeah I remember that GT scene now.

But that would sort of make no sense, unless nameks had beter healing powers than the Kais?

Since Dende healed vegeta and he was strong at that point.

Like I said, Vegeta stated that they are unable to sense any power coming from them. The Z-team could only tell that they were very strange when the Kai shook Goku's hand. So, if Vegeta and the rest can't tell how strong they are, then Gohan won't either.

Gohan was just being cautious and careful.

When does he ever say that? Are you sure you're not thinking of Goku's line in regards to Spopovitch?

He's referring to when Vegeta mentioned he couldn't really assess the amount of power Kaioshin had when he was havin his staredown with Piccolo in the ring, I believe.

Vegeta was talking about not being able to tell exactly how strong Kaioshin was, not about having no clue whatsoever how strong he was (and he doesn't mention Kibito at all anyway).

I guess that little misconception is put to sleep, then.

Besides, it would be odd if he literally "didn't sense any energy" from them at all. That almost makes them seem like Androids.

It's the same.

He still does not know exactly how strong he is.It's logical that Gohan wouldn't be abel to tell how strong Kibito was,too.It's not like Gohan could tell how strong Kibito was when they faced because Kibito wasn't even battle ready,neither did he power up or something.

When Goku met Kibito and the kai he said that these guys are weird and that they should be carfull with them.
