It's Ambition. Haki means Ambition. In a series that places so much emphasis on Dreams, a person with lots of Ambition can intimidate people and do these things.

Why do you think Luffy's Goal is to become "Pirate King" and in Amazon Lilly, they said he had a "Great Fighting King's Ambition"? (Haoushoku Haki)

Anyway, the Loigia fruit users would stand Toe-to-Toe with the DBZ Charas, they're the only ones who could. Ace would do Well I think.

Btw, Whitebeard power would be able to destroy the world by causing huge and multiple giant Earthquakes that could destroy everything on the planet, but the planet itself would be intact.
Freeza was shown to be able to destroy a planet itself and everything on it with no effort at all, and presumingly even Sayan Arc Vegeta would be able to do it.

The comment Sengoku made is probably more of a dramatic hyperbole than anything. It doesn't mean that he can crunch the entire planet with a single quake. The relationship between haki and ki is too vague for now to decide whether or not a ki infused shot would have an effect.

Now a real threat to the Z-Senshi would be Muso Tensei mode Kenshiro.

I think Sailor Moon might be a good choice for DBZ to make a crossover with. I hear they have characters around Buu saga level and their strongest is a High Skyfather level.

I never know about that. I would like to see the DBZ cast drop into The Next Generation as long they don't become jelly from Q. Or them in The Hyperion Cantos would be cool too.
