Does the Funi dub really say GT is 10 years later?

And I'd say that information found it's way into various magazines, such as K-Zone, which is probably why I was convinced for so long.

I thought FUNimation came up with 7 years. At least, that's what I think they printed in the GT brick. I though 10 was just a random number on the internet that became really popular for some reason.

Huh, interesting. I have the first GT brick, so I'll have to check it when I go back home this weekend. Although a 7 year gap makes it seem like they're confusing GT with the Boo arc (though I've always wondered if the 10 year gap itself came from people confusing GT with the final tournament 10 years after the Boo stuff).
