This is the guy showing examples of sync-issues on the Dragon Box. I have no idea if it's just his or it's everybody's, but he really wants someone to check.

Ah good point.
You can just return the one you got from Amazon to Best Buy if you don't open it.

I've done this tons of times.

The first set has the same running time listed, though.

I remember when seeing the Otakon video the guy said each boxset would have 42 episodes (excluding the last one if that prediction is true we'd only have 39 episodes for the last one.)

No. Vegeta in the trailer said each will include more than 40.

No if you listened after the trailer the guy at the panel said there'd be around or 42 episodes on each set. (I'd have to go re-watch it.)

Pre-ordering when RS has their Funi next sale.
The series doesn't start with the arrival of Raditz. Stop being lazy and watch Dragonball.

Daaamn. I smell a recall. Somehow I knew something would taint this release.

I saw that earlier today. I hope this doesn't affect my shipment (which just arrived at an unknown location for an arrival scan...).

...That's... kinda annoying...

Was the audio like that on the Orange Bricks? I never really noticed.

Also I don't think the Japanese audio is off-sync, they just weren't so uptight about matching mouth movements when they made the animation.

It's not a Funimation thing, at least not right now. It's Amazon users having some complaint about the Dragon Box or how it is listed. What that issue is, we have no idea. My first thought was people returning the set in droves because it doesn't have English as the default track. I noticed this a lot when I had a part-time job at a Blockbuster and we had a foreign language film in with all the other new releases.

Don't worry it's just those dub fans need their HARDCORE ENGLISH DUB!!!!!! As the default track because Goku sounds to "girly" in the Japanese version.

Hey, happy birthday to me! And once I have that, well, it'll help a whole hell of a lot in getting me through some very shitty anniversaries. God bless you Dragonbox.

Damn, I was sort of hoping the next one would come in December, so I could justify it as a Christmas gift (to myself!).

Then again, I might skip volume 2 altogether and wait for later episodes. No matter how you slice it, Goku's battle with Freeza won't occur until the third Dragon Box.

Which is really stupid. If my prediction is correct the second DBox will end on episode 84, one episode before Goku arrives, I think, I'd need to go back and watch 85.

It's convenient for me, though. Bwahahaha.

(Eventually, I'll cave, and end up getting all the Dragon Boxes...)
