Burst Limit 2: Hints of moving to PSP?

I don't play handhelds. Would anyone be interested in this?
Only thing I'd want to see are new characters added.

I'd like to see the actual Famitsu article rather than going off of a translation from a translation.
But it makes sense. PSP games, despite the rampant piracy, are actually selling pretty OK (or rather, CAN be selling pretty OK if they're decent games). Valkyria Chronicles had its sequel show up on the PSP due to a combination of that fact AND that it's significantly cheaper to develop for the PSP than it is the PS3 (duh).

Well...this sucks.
Luckily, I already plan on getting a PSP for Birth By Sleep...whenever that comes to the US.

In Japan, yes. In the west I don't think I'd even consider current PSP software sales "OK". They'd pretty much be throwing away any chance of good sales in the west.VegettoEX wrote:But it makes sense. But I guess DragonBall games make most of their sales in Japan, right?

Aw, and I just sold off my PSP, too.
It was the old, heavy-as-a-brick model anyway. I'll upgrade eventually and snatch this up if it ends up any good.

Don't you just hate it when they make a sequel to a console/handheld you don't own?!
One my favorite games is "Shinobido: Way of the Ninja" for the PS2, and the sequel is made for the PSP.
BUT I DON'T HAVE A PSP!

Now, why would they make a PSP sequel to a game made for the freakin' Super Mega Awsome Hi-Def PS3?! a port? Maybe... but a sequel?!

There's plenty of precedent.

*Sulks because she doesn't have/want a PSP, but really liked Burst Limit*.

Guh, it's "The New Super Mario Bros" all over again. I loved playing that on my DS, but the sequel is on the Wii. I don't have a Wii. >_<
Why do these companies do such things? (Aside from trying to get you to buy more consoles.)
Part of Burst Limit's allure was that it was the first DB PS3 game.

On hiatus.

I'm calling bogus until I hear something from a valid source. I wouldn't mind a Burst Limit game on my PSP(in fact that would be fun) but I'm having a hard time believing this.
...Wait what are you doing? Are you still reading this? I finished what I had to say, why don't you move on to the next post?

Actually the psn stuff for psp like full games is for PSPGo so they can buy games. They don't work on ps3. ps3 is just used to transport it from psn to psp.
However psp minis now work on ps3 but they are mini games not full psp games.

Awesome. A new PSP Dragonball game is exactly what I wanted. It's different enough from the Shin Budokai's to be worth a buy. For me anyways. I wish it would've been something like Attack of the Saiyans, or Dragonball Origins, but oh well. New DBZ on something I actually own is awesome.
Though I was planning on spending a $50 Gamestop gift card on a used, fat NDS. I guess I still will since this probably won't even be out until the second half of next year. But it says they're still just "considering" moving it over to the PSP, so we really can't be too sure, can we?

Never had much interest in getting a PSP... unless the game offers something really new, I don't think it will be enough to change my mind.
