Not that I care too much about how many posts I have, but I thought I would point that out.

If you will change or apply another theme for this board (the one used for my board <link in my sig> for example) that would be great - this is the most annoying gif ever!! I have to view this board on a separate browser that I have animations disabled, so I don't have to put up with it..

Well, I'll have to look into that. But in the meantime, might I suggest the hand middle-click function on your mouse? Of course, that assumes you've set your browser to respond to this action by opening a new tab. (Or, your mouse has a scroll wheel, for that matter.)

Thank you for pointing that out. I've gone ahead and taken care of that, obviously this is a transitional period, so its good for me that you guys are pointing quirks out so I can make this go as easily for you and Mike as humanly possible.

I don't really know what Mike has in mind for the future, versus what he'll actually put forth effort to do. But if that icon is bugging you, there is an easier solution- if you have Adblock Plus and the ABP: Element Hiding Helper, you can simply hide instances of that particular icon, like so:

FireFox decided to redirect me to my doom a little while ago. It would allow me to login, but once it redirected to the main board, or if I clicked any other link, it would log me out. This was on Firefox/3.0.16 if that helps. ^^;

It did the same thing for me, and I was on 3.5.7 after just updating to it. Clearing out my cookies, cache, and active logins fixed it though.

As the prior poster said, it appears to be an odd off glitch relating to Firefox.

Huh, I just had to do the whole delete cookies thing myself, then came here and saw I wasn't the only one. It's happened to me on other sites before. Thankfully Firefox makes it pretty easy to selectively delete cookies.

Minor annoyance, but if I try to go back to the board index from a thread by using the browser's "back" command (IE... something. 7? 8?), I get the "webpage has expired" page and have to "resend the information". Which... gets annoying after a while, since that's usually how I get out of threads I don't post in.
True, there is the link back to the board (which I guess I'm trying to switch to using), but it's usually on the opposite end of the page I'm on at the time... so either way it's less convenient than before.

Usually major layout update things like this give me enough to complain about for at least a week, and this one hasn't, so yay, I guess.

Unfortunately, the rules have recently been updated to note that we are not responsible for any loss, and weirdly enough, I specifically mentioned 2% milk.

You know, I was a bit worried someone would do that... didn't think it'd be you, though. ^_^
I think it only does it when I use the forum jump, which is probably the "information" needing "security" that it complains about. So... I guess I'll just try to go to threads I'm most likely to reply to to force me to use the links, and then it won't complain if I use "back" afterward.
