I'm not entirely sure, but I think he means "topic starter", as in "the person who creates a thread and whose names is listed next to it because of that".

"Fair treatment" has nothing to do with the topic starter or anyone who replies to it; it seems like you're just looking for a valid reason to play the victim. What you're complaining about is how you have been warned due to this thread.

Here's the deal: you've been warned. That's it. You have not been banned, and no privileges what-so-ever have been taken away from you. You've been asked to keep things civil, think about your responses, and especially take deep consideration about the responses that you are given in return by the community... not to mention the whole "Essential Posting" thing with the endless threads of single-sentence questions. This is fair, and you're just upset because you were publicly warned. The multiple PMs to an administrator and then an additional thread creation about it is not going to help you in any way; if you simply do as you are asked and not make a big deal about it, it won't be a big deal.

You need to just put a little more thought into your own contributions, and really think about what people say back to you.

Furthermore, you have absolutely no idea if others have been warned privately due to relatively-minor infractions, as opposed to your more blatant ones. Do not assume that you are somehow being singled out as some persecuted freedom fighter. The louder you complain about it, though, the more you'll actually make that become reality.

It's not about me getting warned or banned but about the Tanooki Kuribo who's being rude to me without getting warned, he started this mess not me. I am hoping for your great consideration.
